Is the defining stage that sets up the entire launch for a startup, through this stage you’ll develop a clear picture of your problem, solution, customer and business model. The goal is to create a lean first version to take to market, obtain customers and validate your product with a clear path for the next stages of development. If you skip this step, you can end up with misalignment, bloated budgets and longer development cycles. We see the value in spending time to work out the necessary components for a successful launch.
This is where your idea and the work that was done in the ideation stage becomes tangible. Design is broken down into 2 parts – first is the low fidelity design work which is then followed by the high fidelity design assets that will be used for development. The low fidelity designs includes all the features and components of the app and is the first layer to bring your idea to life. At this point you can connect with advisers, board members and customers to validate the features on the platform. Once all features are confirmed, we create the high fidelity design that gives the look, feel and user experience in a clickable prototype that will finalize the checklist for development.
Consists of 3 primary development sprints followed by a soft launch to work out the kinks. We’ve intentionally developed our system of sprints so you’re actively apart of the process and can see and test your app along the way; eliminating the wonder of what is happening. We schedule monthly meetings with your team to keep everyone on the same page.
Unique to 100×100, while your app is being developed we have a startup launch program that gives weekly action items to build, grow and pitch your app. The goal is to constantly build demand, awareness and brand to grow your following and potential users. You’ll have a startup coach that checks in with you weekly for accountability and strategy for a most successful prep and launch.
Includes: first 100 user development program, pitch training sessions, investor demo day, and investor relations.
